Phoenix Country Day

Paradise Valley,, Arizona

Overview

We are excited to offer a wide variety of classes that will engage both PCDS and non-PCDS students in academic enrichment, art explorations, technology applications, science, and athletics.

Every summer, we bring new courses to our offerings while continuing to offer the traditional favorites. This summer's new courses include Reptile Rangers, Living Worlds: Terrarium Science, Stitch and Shine, TED Talk For Kids, Mock US Government, Collaborative Dance Lab, and Dream, Draw, Design.

We continue to offer our classes especially for rising kindergarteners and first-graders: Art of Play, STEAMing Ahead, and Who Would Win. Each session will have unique activities for little ones attending concurrent sessions.

Our facilities include playing fields, art studios, computer labs, an auditorium, two air-conditioned gymnasiums, tennis courts, and our aquatic center, where students can take instructional swim classes, play pool games, and have free swim in the afternoons.

Our program includes:

* Full-service lunch for all students with vegetarian and vegan options

* Two 2-week sessions (session III not offered due to construction)

* Half-day and full-day options for rising K-9 grade students

* Popular afternoon electives

* Extended-day services
