Overview
The Nevada Discovery Museum calls all curious kids to join in the fun of Camp Discovery! Throughout the year, The Discovery offers winter, spring, and summer break camps in addition to the museum’s ongoing science-based exhibits.
Students in K-12th can join the 9 am-4 pm week-long classes at the museum on S. Center Street. They’ll have a blast with fun topics like Rock ‘N Roll, where they learn about rocks and fossils, and Mind Benders with fun projects like puzzle games, escape challenges, and playing with invisible ink.
Your science-minded child can also learn to code video games, study medical science, or experiment with rockets, robots, and zombies. Each camp includes time in the museum, and every camper just needs to bring a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
